I am so super excited! After 1,5 years of waiting and as a pre-birthday present, my new organisation has finally been officially registered under the name of LeadNow e.V..
The founding member´s meeting took place in June 2019 but due to some smaller amendments in the constitution, a first decline of my desired name plus Covid-19 made this a much longer ordeal than anticipated.
But I praise God and am so grateful to finally have this umbrella for so many activities I and my friends undertake but have no umbrella for it. Especially when it comes down to finances, this is super important!
We are so thankful that the endurance has paid off and we have seen the light. Now we are very excited to extend the core team, listen to God for what he has in store for us in 2021 and wherever we can love and invest into younger leaders.
Our dream
We believe that God has called this young generation of Europeans to lead now and lead alongside senior leaders intergenerationally. We do this by encouraging, equipping and connecting young leaders to develop themselves and develop others around them. Always with the goal of together building the Kingdom of God.
At the moment I am working on launching the female leader´s training called “She leads” in March. I am also working on the concept of a female speaker´s platform and drafting a concept around leadership training within nations. All very exciting!
